How Dutified works

Dutified works by having a panel of AI-modelled customers read your communication and then reporting what they understood, what they missed and who struggled. You can then change the communication and retest with the same panel to show that the change worked.

From communication to report

1. Share the communication. You provide the email, letter, web page, app screen, ad, statement or call script that you want to test.
2. Describe your customers. You describe your customer profile, and Dutified builds a panel of AI-modelled customers on it and on the wider UK public, including the vulnerable groups in FCA guidance FG21/1.
3. The panel reads and responds. The modelled customers read the communication and respond to it.
4. Review the report. The report shows what customers understood, what they missed and who struggled, across the four Consumer Duty outcomes.
5. Change and retest. You edit the communication and retest it with the same panel to show that the change worked.
6. Keep the decision trail. Dutified keeps a full decision trail for audit, and every decision about the communication stays with your firm.

Data and advice

No customer data ever enters Dutified, and Dutified gives feedback and does not give legal or compliance advice. The decision to send a communication stays with your firm.
